Ian & Louise have been a god send for my Lufey. I am not really sure I would do without them. They are so helpful and reliable, and if I ever need to swap days or add days, its never a problem. I always get regular updates and pictures from their walks, which is so helpful, and gives me a smile and boost when I'm working, knowing he's happy and being looked after. I've never used a pet sitter before, so it was a major step for me. However, Ian is fantastic with my two elderly cats, and also my home. We go away quite often for a long weekend, or even midweek break and i know they're in such good hands. I'm very aware they're not the tidiest cats with their litter tray and each time i come home there's no mess! Thank you Ian!! My old rescue boy is on daily medication that Ian very kindly ensures he has. My old lady likes to enjoy the warmth of the greenhouse in the nicer weather and often refuses to come in. My Mum is 86 years old, she lives in Mulbarton and is unfortunately no longer able to walk her Westy-Cross dog called Charlie. Our family delighted with the service we get from Ian. Ian walks Charlie five days a week and he is always incredibly friendly and helpful to my Mum. Charlie loves his walks with Ian and gets so excited when he anticipates his arrival. My sister and I do all the communication and financial arrangements with Ian (on behalf of my Mum) and everything very smooth and easy. We would highly recommend Ian for any of his pet services. We found Ian & Louise online, they came and spent time with us and our puppy before any commitment was made. We now use them on a weekly basis and couldn't be happier. Ian & Louise have been amazing with our energetic dog Alfie and have been regularly walking him since he was a puppy. Alfie is highly energetic and excitable and Ian & Louise have been patient and kind with him. Something that was very important to us at the beginning was finding someone we could trust and that is so true of Ian & Louise. They are professional and reliable people who took time to explain the service they offer, get to know Alfie and our set-up, and they have been consistently excellent and available to us. We trust Ian & Louise with our beloved Labradoodle, Ted. They are gentle with him and always consistent and reliable in terms of time keeping etc. We have full confidence that he is well cared for and having a good time whilst he's out with them. Ted is walked on a lead following a bad experience with our previous dog walker that resulted in an unwanted vet bill. We would recommend Ian & Louise to anyone with a large dog like Ted who needs their dog walked. They are also flexible, often doing extra walks when we need them to.
